Art in Education Grant Request Form
The Mother Lode Art Association (MLAA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to promoting and supporting the arts in our community of Tuolumne County, California. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we provide grants to support arts education programs. Applicants may complete the form below to apply, or download the form to print and mail.
Grant Criteria
Applications will be reviewed to ensure they meet the following requirements:

Use of Funds: Grants must be used to support visual arts projects or purchase materials for students in Tuolumne County.

Eligibility: Funding is intended for classes or groups, not individual students.

Non-Political Projects: Grants are limited to projects with no political affiliations or messaging.

Age-Appropriate Materials: Materials purchased must align with the project's objectives and the age level of the students.

Distribution of Funds: Grant funds will be provided directly to the teacher’s classroom supply account and are not intended for a district’s general fund.

Committee Discretion: Approval of applications is at the sole discretion of the grant committee.
