Jeannette Garbarini began her artistic journey painting landscapes inspired by the vibrant scenery of Sedona Arizona. Now living in Amador County, she paints the foothills and local landscapes she has cherished throughout her life. With deep roots in the area - her family were among the early settlers of Amador County. Jeannette's work reflects a lifelong connection to the land. Working in an impressionistic style, she uses a limited color palette to develop a rich spectrum of ours that shift with the changing light of nature. Her medium of choice is acrylic on canvas. After a successful retail career focused on design, spanning the United States, the United Kingdom and France, she has fully embraced painting as her creative focus in retirement.
